<p>
We regret to inform about the passing of Don Weiman. Don was more commonly
known as "Distro"&nbsp;Don among the Linux user groups of the Chicagoland
Area. Don took the extra personal effort to give away free Linux distribution
media to user group members. He did this dating back to a time when many
people lacked regular access to high speed Internet service and the hardware
required to burn recordable compact discs. Don's dedication and generosity
to the Linux community will be remembered.
